From the person who initially scheduled our appointment to the employee who repaired our washer. Some of your employees that we talk to about our problem were Tom, Mike and of course the gentlemen who repaired our machine, Clifford.
Our appointment was scheduled out in an expeditious manner and everyone was very accommodating.
We have used this company many times. Everyone we have dealt with has been fantastic. The counter guys in the store, the scheduling women on the phone and the service technicians that have been to my house have all been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I've used Doc's a few times and have had excellent service every time. I walk in and the staff at the counter is VERY knowledgeable and helpful. They know exactly what I need and have the parts in stock every time. This is a one stop shop for the DIY person and you will not have to make a return trip for the same problem.
Excellent Service!! We have always had excellent service at Doc's. One winter our elderly furnace boiler went out and instead of coming out & charging for a visit, they told my husband what to do over the phone to see what exactly the problem was and had the correct part waiting for him when he got to the store. They've always had the parts we need for whatever problem that comes up, from the washer to the stove to the furnace.
Had a recommendation to use Doc's Appliance. I waited 3 days for appointment (OK) and asked to be first on list for the day. They said they would try. It worked, my repairman came right on time and did the job in under an hour. Yes it cost to have someone come into your home and fix your stuff. Yes labor and parts are EXTRA. Come on - who wouldn't know this? My repairman knew what he was doing and was professional and friendly. Will recommend them to others.
I have used Doc's Appliance for several home appliance repairs and have never been disappointed. They were the first company I thought of when our office needed to have an appliance repaired in our break room. They were quick to respond and had our microwave up and running again. The tech was courteous and kept me up to date on the status of the repair. I would definitely recommend them to friends, family and business associates.
This company has always been very reliable and courteous during their appointments. Absolutely a great service! Previously, we had been getting repairs from a different company called A&E appliance. They are are horrible. Please avoid them at ALL COST. Ever since switching to Doc's, we have never had a problem, whatsoever. 5 STAR COMPANY FOR SURE!
We had a dent in our fridge door and service man Bill was very nice and helpful. They came when they said they would be there.They replaced the door in a timely manner. I would call them again for other appliances,
We have a warranty on our dishwasher, so ABC appliance sent out Doc's Appliance Service. They called the day before and said they would be out between 8 - 12, the technician came out at 11:30 (no call from them, but it was in the time frame). The technician introduced himself, and was very friendly. He found the problem and fixed it and was out in 1/2 hour. I would call them again for any problems.
So our oven blew out, and I gotta have my oven! So I called Docs appliance up, the lady was very nice on the phone, she got all the info she needed and scheduled a service guy to come by between 12pm-5pm. Well the guy got there at 12:45pm. He came in and got my oven up and running in less than 20 min. He answered all my questions even found the cost of a part for my oven and he only charged us the service fee to come out $69.95. We will definitely call them in the future.
I have been using Doc's for years , for parts and service . Recently I had you come out and fix my washer. I was very satisfied with the diagnoses , the speed in which you ordered the parts and the efficiency of the repairman . I always refer Doc's to my friends .
My refrigerator is still under warranty, so I had to call Whirlpool to have someone come out and fix an issue I was having with the ice maker. Doc's came out with the right part and made the repair in about a 1/2 hour. The tech explained why the problem was happening and the resolution. Satisfied customer.
