We wanted to thank you and your employees for the excellent, professional and courteous service your company provided. From the person who initially scheduled our appointment to the employee who repaired our washer. Some of your employees that we talk to about our problem were Tom, Mike and of course the gentlemen who repaired our machine, Clifford.

Our appointment was scheduled out in an expeditious manner and everyone was very accommodating.

We have used this company many times. Everyone we have dealt with has been fantastic. The counter guys in the store, the scheduling women on the phone and the service technicians that have been to my house have all been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

We want to thank you for helping us resolve our issues with our dishwasher. It was kind of you and the staff at Doc’s to go the extra step to get us new parts. Eric and his helper were kind and courteous when they were here. It seems that everything is in working order and we are quite pleased with that.Thank you, again.

On June 2nd I came home after work to discover that my dryer was not working properly. After researching the problem it looked as though I could make the repair by myself at a fairly low cost. However, I was skeptical because in my past experience “things rarely go as easily as you read about them on the internet or in books

I've used Doc's a few times and have had excellent service every time. I walk in and the staff at the counter is VERY knowledgeable and helpful. They know exactly what I need and have the parts in stock every time. This is a one stop shop for the DIY person and you will not have to make a return trip for the same problem.

Excellent Service!! We have always had excellent service at Doc's. One winter our elderly furnace boiler went out and instead of coming out & charging for a visit, they told my husband what to do over the phone to see what exactly the problem was and had the correct part waiting for him when he got to the store. They've always had the parts we need for whatever problem that comes up, from the washer to the stove to the furnace.

Had a recommendation to use Doc's Appliance. I waited 3 days for appointment (OK) and asked to be first on list for the day. They said they would try. It worked, my repairman came right on time and did the job in under an hour. Yes it cost to have someone come into your home and fix your stuff. Yes labor and parts are EXTRA. Come on - who wouldn't know this? My repairman knew what he was doing and was professional and friendly. Will recommend them to others.

I have used Doc's Appliance for several home appliance repairs and have never been disappointed. They were the first company I thought of when our office needed to have an appliance repaired in our break room. They were quick to respond and had our microwave up and running again. The tech was courteous and kept me up to date on the status of the repair. I would definitely recommend them to friends, family and business associates.

This company has always been very reliable and courteous during their appointments. Absolutely a great service! Previously, we had been getting repairs from a different company called A&E appliance. They are are horrible. Please avoid them at ALL COST. Ever since switching to Doc's, we have never had a problem, whatsoever. 5 STAR COMPANY FOR SURE!

We had a dent in our fridge door and service man Bill was very nice and helpful. They came when they said they would be there.They replaced the door in a timely manner. I would call them again for other appliances,

We have a warranty on our dishwasher, so ABC appliance sent out Doc's Appliance Service. They called the day before and said they would be out between 8 - 12, the technician came out at 11:30 (no call from them, but it was in the time frame). The technician introduced himself, and was very friendly. He found the problem and fixed it and was out in 1/2 hour. I would call them again for any problems.

So our oven blew out, and I gotta have my oven! So I called Docs appliance up, the lady was very nice on the phone, she got all the info she needed and scheduled a service guy to come by between 12pm-5pm. Well the guy got there at 12:45pm. He came in and got my oven up and running in less than 20 min. He answered all my questions even found the cost of a part for my oven and he only charged us the service fee to come out $69.95. We will definitely call them in the future.

I have been using Doc's for years , for parts and service . Recently I had you come out and fix my washer. I was very satisfied with the diagnoses , the speed in which you ordered the parts and the efficiency of the repairman . I always refer Doc's to my friends .

My refrigerator is still under warranty, so I had to call Whirlpool to have someone come out and fix an issue I was having with the ice maker. Doc's came out with the right part and made the repair in about a 1/2 hour. The tech explained why the problem was happening and the resolution. Satisfied customer.

Had my fridge serviced by Docs, and I must say what a great job well done..Very nice gentlemen that came out was just great...Thanks Docs for the excellent service that i received...

    Our 26 year old Maytag washer was having an issue with the water level fill as it was not shutting off at the selected level. Thus you had you shut the cycle off to stop the fill and prevent an overflow. I checked a You-Tube video on solving this problem and it suggested to check the air pressure valve as the possible problem. Did it with an ohm reader gauge and checked out good but I wanted a second opinion and went into Doc’s Store and had the employee at the counter checked it out too and found the same results.
    Then “Joe” came over to assist and he suggested to check out the air pressure tube that connects to the side of the tub from the switch. He said often the tube will get clogged up at the entrance to the tub. Sure enough that was the problem. He suggested how to clean it out as well. Machine works good again so I am very thankful to Doc’s staff and especially to “Joe” for his knowledge to correct this issue. In this case info you would not find on the internet. I will continue to call on Doc’s for service or parts whenever I have an appliance issue. Great people there!!!

    This is the second time I used Docs Appliance and great people.
    Anthony fixed my wash machine which would not drain water.
    Put a new pump in and had to work in a very enclosed area.
    Excellent service and I highly recommend Docs.

    A Doc’s serviceman was dispatched to my home on 9/22 to repair my stove top. He said a part needed to be ordered, and I thought it would be 2-3 weeks before the repairs would be done…But to my pleasant surprise, they called the next day saying they’d gotten the part and would be out the following Tuesday, At the promised time, my stove top was quickly fixed..
    Great job Doc’s!

    The service technician, Jesse, who repaired our washer was curious, fast and very professional. He explained the problem so we were able to understand what was wrong. Other repair people we had to the house were no where near as professional as Jesse. We had had a problem with our microwave last year and the person who repaired it at the store was also very professional. I have never had a bad experience with DOC and would highly recommend them to any one who needed an appliance repaired.

    Anthony was in my home today in response to us smelling gas from our new kitchen aid appliance. The call was made on 1/13/2014 & Anthony was her at approx. 11am 1/14/2014 to proceed with repairs. (wow very impressive) During this time frame Anthony took the time to explain to me what the potential problems could be & proceeded to his repairs based on his test results. Prior to these actions Anthony was very conscious of his surroundings. Wore booties to protect the floors (touchdown), mats to pull the oven on, to again protect the floors (another touchdown), an additional matt to lay tools on (successful on sides kick), towels for counter to lay additional tools (field goal). It’s one thing to come into someones home for repairs, it’s true service to come in & genuinely be concerned about preserving the way WE live (total blow out). Extremely professional & very personable (looks like a victory). Thank You Very Much
